Access Keys

This website makes use of access keys in accordance to the e-Government Interoperability Framework (e-GIF) recommendations. Below is a list of the access keys and details of how to invoke these access keys.

Depending on your browser type use one of the following:

A. With Windows-based systems, in general, press the "Alt" key and the relevant access key:

if you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer then press "Alt" and the relevant number/letter, then press the "Enter" key.

if you are using Firefox, then press "Shift+Alt" and the relevant number/letter at the same time. Please note there is currently a fault in Firefox when using certain letters as the access key.

if you are using Opera, then press "Shift+Esc" a menu of options is then displayed. Press the number or letter required.

B. With Macintosh-based systems, press the "Ctrl" key and the relevant access key

Navigation Aids

Pages on this site follow the layout of the page. They do not have an explicit tab order defined. Pressing the tab key will cycle through the following items: page banner, main navigation, page content (when viewing charity web page(s)) and then footer. Access Keys are provided to skip to the main content.

Images/Visual Design

All content images used in this site include descriptive ALT attributes. Purely decorative graphics are implemented as background graphics in the cascading style sheet.

Page/Text Zooming

Modern web browsers such as Internet Explorer 7, Opera and Firefox 3 all support page zooming. This feature magnifies the whole page including images. We recommend that you use this feature of your browser rather that text resizing which may distort the look of the web page.
